The Company

VSS is a leading supplier of safety critical seats, seating systems and pressure care products to the automotive, rail, aerospace, shipping, healthcare, leisure and travel industries. Our award winning Mouletec pressure care and comfort technology features in all our products. In addition to the UK our markets include Europe, North America, India, Russia, China and the Middle East.

At our manufacturing facility is in Redditch, VSS design engineers and project managers work in partnership with our customers. From rough ideas we produce innovative designs, fully costed detailed specifications and CAD drawings. Homologation ensures we cover safety and environmental regulations. As required, FEA and other development processes are used to fine tune products and build prototypes for testing to destruction. We use XSensor pressure mapping technology to adjust Mouletec comfort parameters for each product type. Our plant includes unique mattress manufacturing equipment specially designed by us for producing the Mouletec contouring and shaping.

VSS offers a complete custom made turnkey service from brief to finished goods supply and on-going maintenance, spares and support. We work with specialist manufacturers, fabricators and integrators around the world. In international markets, where possible, our business model looks to work with local manufacturers, fabricators and integrators. In such cases we employ native speaking project managers to ensure contracts run on time to budget.
